Front has full working drawers while there is a "guest view" side that is duplicate in detail, but with faux drawers. Stationery boxes are included along with brass hardware on ends.
This desk is a copy of the 1st President's (George Washington's) desk. A Kittinger copy of this desk was owned by President Franklin Roosevelt and can still be seen at his home in Hyde Park. Also, a copy of this desk by Kittinger is in the formal office of the Speaker Of The House of Representatives in the Capitol Building in Washington DC.
