Tripod Table

Mahogany

This is an extremely rate Colonial Williamsburg table made during World War II.

Our research indicates that this table was only made during the 1940's by Kittinger.

Small tables of this tripod type were indispensable in eighteenth century homes, where they were used to hold candles.

Note the raised rim which prevents objects placed thereon from rolling off.
